Overseas Development (BD)

Goal: To identify and capture new international market opportunities and build long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target new international enterprise clients and potential partners in key markets.
  2. Conduct market research to stay updated on global IC trends and competitor activities.
  3. Attend international trade shows (e.g., IIC, CES) to promote SEEDST’s brand and services.
  4. Formulate and execute channel management strategies to drive regional growth.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3-5+ years of experience in international business development or enterprise sales.
  3. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  4. Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Overseas Sales

Goal: To drive sales growth by managing the full sales cycle for overseas customers, from lead generation to payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new customers via LinkedIn, Google, customs data, and existing networks.
  2. Manage the end-to-end sales process: quotations, contract negotiation, and order tracking.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with existing global clients through regular follow-ups.
  4. Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate logistics with internal teams.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree; background in International Trade or Electronic Engineering is a plus.
  2. Fluent English or German; proficiency in other languages (Russian, Spanish, etc.) is highly valued.
  3. Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in the electronic components industry.
  4. Strong anti-stress ability and a result-oriented mindset.

Sourcing Specialist

Goal: To build a resilient global supply chain by identifying and managing high-quality international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and onboard reliable global suppliers for difficult-to-find or obsolete components.
  2. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  3. Evaluate and score supplier performance based on quality and reliability standards.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to solve complex supply chain shortages for OEMs and EMS providers.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
  2. Proven experience in international sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  3. In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and tariffs.
  4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using sourcing/ERP software.
