This groundbreaking MPU, introduced at Embedded World 2025, integrates a powerful AI accelerator and reconfigurable processing capabilities, promising to elevate the landscape of edge computing.
At the core of the RZ/V2N lies an impressive architecture featuring four Arm Cortex-A55 cores and one Cortex-M33 core, alongside an Arm Mali-C55 image signal processor. What truly sets this MPU apart is its proprietary AI3 dynamically reconfigurable processor (DRP). This unique AI engine delivers an astonishing performance of up to 15 TOPS (tera operations per second) while maintaining an exceptional power efficiency of 10 TOPS per watt.
